Abstract

We study ancient Ricci flows whose tangent flow at backward infinity is a smooth compact Ricci shrinker. After normalization, every nontrivial solution either converges exponentially or has polynomial decay governed by neutral directions. We recover the finite-dimensional parametrization of the exponentially convergent solutions and establish finite-order asymptotic expansions for all slowly convergent solutions. For principal slow solutions, we obtain a locally bijective finite-dimensional parametrization compatible with diffeomorphisms, parabolic rescaling, and time translation.
